Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required tosecure your child's event date and time.
Balance payment can be made on the partydate.
Change the party date / store credits
Due to the nature of our business, onlyexchange date or store credit are acceptedA minimum of two weeks notice is requiredto change the party date.
lf the party needs to cancel due to forcemajeure, it must be notified one month inadvance and we will refund half of the
deposit.
Responsibility for Children & Guests

The safety and well being of all children,parents and carers is the responsibility ofthe hirer.
As such a responsible dult, parent orcareer must always be present for theduration of the event.

By making a booking with us the client is agreeing to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.
